Greenback Group’s Claim Status Text Updates program provides recurring text messages to clients with active claims. Messages may include claim status changes, document requests, next steps, and brief instructions for completing required claim actions.
You enroll by entering your mobile number on our website, actively selecting the SMS consent checkbox, and submitting the form. By taking these steps, you authorize Greenback Group to send automated claim-related text messages to that number. You confirm that you own the number or have permission to enroll it.
Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services or receiving claim assistance.
Message frequency varies based on claim activity. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your mobile carrier for information about your messaging plan.
To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any program message. You may receive one final text confirming your cancellation. After that confirmation, you will receive no further program messages unless you opt in again. Unsubscribing from SMS does not cancel your claim assistance services.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Please notify us if your mobile number changes.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process necessary information to deliver messages and manage your preferences.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Any expansion of the messaging program requiring additional consent will be subject to a separate opt-in.
